10. Legislation and Dispute Resolution
    Any dispute arising from these Terms of Use, including the Privacy Policy, shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Any dispute, claim or difference, whether in contract or tort, of these Terms of Use, including the Privacy Policy, or connected therewith, based on these terms or not, shall be definitely and exclusively resolved through institutional arbitration law, administered by the Business Center for Conciliation and Arbitration (CEDCA), according to the the Regulations of the Center. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of one (1) arbitrator appointed in accordance with the rules of selection of arbitrators provided for in the CEDCA Regulations. The Arbitration Proceeding shall be held in Caracas, Venezuela. The arbitration award shall not be contested, except by an appeal for annulment provided by the Law of Commercial Arbitration.
